Travel restrictions update for Bulgaria

  • Updated entry restrictions.
    Passengers are not allowed to enter until 30 April 2021.
    - This does not apply to spouses and children of nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Holy See).
    - This does not apply to spouses and children of passengers with a residence permit issued by Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or Vatican City (Holy See).
    - This does not apply to passengers with a "D" visa issued by Bulgaria, and their family members.
    - This does not apply to passengers traveling as students.
    - This does not apply to deadheading crew.

    Passengers must have a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before arrival. The certificate must be in Bulgarian or English.
    - This does not apply to spouses and children of nationals of Bulgaria.
