Passengers are not allowed to enter Croatia.
This does not apply to nationals of Croatia and their family members.
This does not apply to nationals of the EU, Schengen Member States and the Schengen Associated States, passengers from the United Kingdom, and their family members on their way home, or if traveling to Croatia for the business reasons or other economic interest (with the invitation letter for a business meeting from a company in the Republic of Croatia), including tourism (with the confirmation of accommodation booking).
This does not apply to passengers with a long-term resident permit or a long-term visa issued by a Schengen Member State and the persons deriving their right to reside from other EU Directives or national law or who hold national long-term visas, on their way home, or if traveling to Croatia for the business reasons or other economic interest (with the invitation letter for a business meeting from a company in the Republic of Croatia), including tourism (with the confirmation of accommodation booking).
This does not apply to healthcare professionals, healthcare researchers and collaborators, experts in care for the elderly, and persons requiring urgent medical treatment.
This does not apply to cross-border workers.
This does not apply to diplomats, police officers in the performance of their activities, Civil Defence services and teams, international organizations staff and International military personnel in carrying out their functions.
This does not apply to persons traveling for urgent personal reasons (ownership of a real estate, ownership of a vessel including lease, attendance to funeral, serious and pressing health reasons with a medical documentation and hospital invitation).
This does not apply to passengers entering Croatia to transit by land to a third country, if they prove that they can enter the destination/next country.

15.03.2020 14:50: imposed home/self isolation.
Passengers and airline crew who have been in countries or territories having transmission classification indicated by the latest issue of the WHO Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) situation report as 'Community Transmission' or 'Local Transmission' in the past 14 days, will be subject to self-isolate for 14 days. Passengers without residence in Croatia must present proof of hotel confirmation.


14.03.2020 20:46: cancelled home/self isolation for passengers who arrive from or have been in Iran, Italy.

13.03.2020 17:40: updated quarantine policy for passengers who arrive from or have been in China (Except Hubei province), Hong Kong, Japan, Korea (Rep.) (except Daegu city and Cheongdo province), Singapore.
Passengers and airline crew who have been in Austria, Bahrain, China (People's Rep.) (except Hubei province), France, Germany (except Heinsberg country), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.) (except Daegu city and Cheongdo province), Malaysia, Netherlands, Singapore, Slovenia (only province Bela Krajina), Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or United Kingdom will be subject to self-isolate for 14 days. Passengers without residence in Croatia must present proof of hotel confirmation.

(except Hubei province), France, Germany (except Heinsberg country), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.) (except Daegu city and Cheongdo province), Malaysia, Netherlands, Singapore, Slovenia (only province Bela Krajina), Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or United Kingdom will be subject to self-isolate for 14 days. Passengers without residence in Croatia must present proof of hotel confirmation.


13.03.2020 06:51: cancelled home/self isolation for passengers who arrive from or have been in Germany.

[before 12th March 2020]: imposed home/self isolation for passengers who arrive from or have been in China (Except Hubei province), Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea (Rep.) (except Daegu city and Cheongdo province), Singapore.
Passengers and airline crew who have been in China (People's Rep.) (except Hubei province), Germany, Hong Kong (SAR China), Japan, Korea (Rep.) (except Daegu city and Cheongdo province) or Singapore will be subject to self-isolate for 14 days.


[before 12th March 2020]: imposed forced isolation for passengers who arrive from or during last 14 days have been in China (Hubei province), Germany (Heinsberg country), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) (Daegu city and Cheongdo province).
Passengers and airline crew who have been in Hubei province in China (People's Rep.), Heinsberg county in Germany, Iran, Italy or Daegu city and Cheongdo province in Korea (Rep.). in the past 14 days will be placed in quarantine for 14 days at their own expenses.
