    - This does not apply to passengers who have been in Algeria, Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madagascar, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Mongolia, Morocco, Mozambique, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Fed., Senegal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Viet Nam, Zambia or Zimbabwe in the past 15 days.
    - This does not apply to passenger not older than 5 years who have been in Albania, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, Kosovo (Rep.), Lebanon, North Macedonia (Rep.), Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore or USA in the past 15 days.

They must have a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival, or a positive coronavirus antibody test result (SARS-CoV-2) of the IgG class obtained by ELISA serologic test not older than 72 hours.
