    Passengers arriving from Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Bermuda, Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba, Cayman Isl., Dominica, French West Indies, Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Virgin Isl. (British) must complete a Public Health Locator Card found at https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/ . The form must be sent to travelhistory.epi@gobiernu.cw 48 hours before departure and presented to immigration upon arrival.

    Passengers arriving from Austria, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Cuba, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guyana, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Switzerland, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Isl. or United Kingdom must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued at most 72 hours before departure and complete a Public Health Locator Card found at https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/. The result of the test and the Public Health Locator Card must be submitted to travelhistory.epi@gobiernu.cw 48 hours before departure and presented to immigration upon arrival.
