    Passengers arriving from Austria, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Cuba, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guyana, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Switzerland, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Isl. or United Kingdom must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued at most 72 hours before departure. The result of the test must be submitted to travelhistory.epi@gobiernu.cw and presented on arrival.

    Passengers arriving from Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Austria, Barbados, Bermuda, Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba, Canada, Cayman Isl., China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Cuba, Czechia, Denmark, Dominican Rep., Finland, France, French West Indies, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Guyana, Hungary, Italy, Jamaica, Montserrat, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Isl., United Kingdom or Virgin Isl. (British) must complete a Public Health Locator Card found at https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/ . The form must be sent to travelhistory.epi@gobiernu.cw 48 hours before departure and presented to immigration upon arrival.
