This does not apply to official delegations.
[before 12th March 2020]: imposed quarantine policy for passengers who arrive from or have been in China, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Spain. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Spain and are planning to stay in Moscow must report to the special hotline by phone. They must stay self-isolated in Moscow for a period of 14 days or for the duration of their stay if less than 14 days.
