    Passengers are not allowed to enter Russian Fed.
    This does not apply to permanent residents of Russian Fed., diplomats, official delegations and passengers whose visit concerns death of direct relative.

  • Home/self isolation for passengers who arrive from or have been in China, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Spain
    Passengers who have been in Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, China (People's Rep.), Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom or USA and are planning to stay in Moscow must report to the special hotline by phone. They must stay self-isolated in Moscow for a period of 14 days or for the duration of their stay if less than 14 days.
    Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Korea (Rep.), Iran, Italy or Spain and are staying in St. Petersburg (LED) are recommended to stay self-isolated for a period of 14 days or for the duration of their stay if less than 14 days.
