Passengers must have an Essential Journey Certificate issued by a Belgian consulate or embassy or a ‘note verbale’ stating that the country of destination is allowing them to enter.

Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in Dutch, English, French or German.
