  • Slacken entry restrictions.
    Passengers are not allowed to enter the Russian Fed.
    - This does not apply to family members of nationals of the Russian Fed.
    - This does not apply to nationals of China (People's Rep.) if arriving on a direct flight from Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, China (People's Rep.), Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Egypt, Ethiopia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Korea (Rep.), Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, North Macedonia (Rep.), Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Turkey, USA, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Venezuela or Viet Nam.
    - This does not apply to students with a written approval issued by their university. The approval must have been submitted to the Federal Security Service of the Russian Fed. by the university.
    - This does not apply to passengers traveling with an UEFA 2021 FAN ID card issued on paper or electronically.
    - This does not apply to passengers with a "Local Organization Structure UEFA Euro 2021 (LOS)" confirmation letter.
    - This does not apply to participants of VI CIOFF World Folkloriada with an invitation letter issued by the Organization committee.

    Passengers entering or transiting the Russian Fed. must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result taken at most 3 days before arrival. The test result must be in English or Russian. A notarized translation to Russian is accepted.
