This does not apply to:
- family members of nationals of Lithuania;
- diplomats accredited to Lithuania;
- healthcare professionals traveling for the provision of transplant services;
- passengers with permission by issued by the respective minister and by the government;
- NATO personnel and personnel working for them and their family members.
