Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result taken at most 96 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in English or approved by an Iranian consulate.

- This does not apply to passengers arriving from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain or Sweden with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival.
