- This does not apply to passengers arriving from Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China (People's Rep.), Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Rwanda, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia or Vatican City (Holy See).
