  • Updated entry restrictions.
    Passengers are not allowed to enter.
    - This does not apply to passengers with a national visa issued by Lithuania.
    - This does not apply to:
    -- children, spouses and their children, partners with registered partnership and their children, parents and guardians of nationals of Lithuania and of permanent residents of Lithuania;
    -- students
    -- NATO personnel and their family members.

    Passengers without a medical certificate in English with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR or antigen test result of a test taken at most 48 hours before arrival are subject to a PCR test upon arrival.
    - This does not apply to passengers with a medical certificate with a positive Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result or with an antibody test result issued at most 90 days before arrival.
    - This does not apply to passengers with a Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination certificate.

    Passengers must complete a health questionnaire before departure at https://keleiviams.nvsc.lt/lt/form and present a QR code. If the questionnaire cannot be completed electronically, a paper form can be obtained at https://nvsc.lrv.lt/uploads/nvsc/documents/files/Anketa_Esate%20informuojamas(1).pdf
