- This does not apply to passengers with a 9(G), 9(F), SVEG, or SIRV (issued under EO63 visa) visa. The visa must have been issued on or before 20 March 2020.
- This does not apply to passengers with a Recognition Certificate (RC) or Citizenship Retention and Reacquisition Act of 2003 (CRPC) under RA9225 Certificate.
