Dual nationals of Sri Lanka must have a printed medical certificate in English with:
- a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 96 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or
- a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) Rapid Antigen test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.

- must have a hotel reservation confirmation for 14 days;
- are subject to medical screening upon arrival.
