Passengers must have a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 96 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The certificate must be in English.
A completed "Health Declaration Form" must be presented upon arrival. The form can be obtained at https://www.caa.lk/en/special-notices-for-covid-19 or upon arrival at the Immigration counters.
- must have an insurance policy with a minimum medical coverage of the equivalent in USD of LKR 5,000,000.- ;
- must have a hotel reservation confirmation for 14 days;
- are subject to medical screening upon arrival.
- Ban entry for passengers who arrive from or during last 14 days have been in United Kingdom
Passengers arriving from the United Kingdom are not allowed to enter.
Passengers who have transited or have been in the past 14 days in the United Kingdom are not allowed to enter.
