Imposed entry restrictions for passengers who arrive from or during last 14 days have been in Czechia. Passengers arriving from or who have been in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Korea (Rep.), Lebanon, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, United Arab Emirates or United Kingdom in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter.
- This does not apply to spouse and minor children younger than 18 years of nationals of the Philippines. They must travel together.
