    Passengers are not allowed to enter.
    - This does not apply to spouse and minor children younger than 18 years of nationals of the Philippines. They must travel together.
    - This does not apply to children with special needs of nationals of the Philippines, if arriving from a country other than Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Korea (Rep.), Lebanon, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, United Arab Emirates, or United Kingdom.

    Passengers are subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) test upon arrival at their own expense.

    A completed "Case Investigation Form" must be presented upon arrival. The form can be obtained at https://c19.redcross.org.ph/arriving-passengers .

    Passengers traveling to Davao (DVO) must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued at most 72 hours before departure.
