Dual nationals of Sri Lanka without a printed medical certificate in English with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result of a test taken at most 96 hours before departure from the first embarkation point or a rapid antigen test result of a test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point are subject to a PCR test and quarantine upon arrival.
