    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Austria, Azerbaijan, Barbados, Bermuda, Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba, Canada, Cayman Isl., China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Cuba, Denmark, Dominica, Finland, French Guiana, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Guyana, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, India, Italy, Jamaica, Montserrat, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, St. Barthelemy, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Sweden, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Isl., Uruguay or Virgin Isl. (British).

(British) must present a printed Digital Immigration card and a Public Health Locator Card completed 48 hours before departure at https://dicardcuracao.com .

    Passengers arriving from Austria, Azerbaijan, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Cuba, Denmark, Finland, French Guiana, Germany, Greece, Guyana, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, India, Italy, Jamaica, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, St. Barthelemy, St. Maarten, Suriname, Sweden, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Isl. or Uruguay must:
