Imposed entry restrictions for passengers who arrive from or have been in Korea (Rep.), Singapore, Vietnam. Passengers with a visa issued by Japan with "EX-B" in the Remarks column and arriving from Korea (Rep.), Singapore or Viet Nam must have a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result. The certificate must be in English and the test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure and the sample collection method must be 'nasopharyngeal swab' or 'saliva'.
