    Passengers arriving from Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Bulgaria, Canada, Cayman Isl., China (People's Rep.), Croatia, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Dominican Rep., Estonia, Finland, France, French West Indies, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Jamaica, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Sweden, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Isl., USA or Virgin Isl. (British) must have a completed health declaration form obtained at https://stmaartenehas.com/ . They must also have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test result (Molecular SARS-CoV-2 test based on a naso-pharyngeal swab) issued at most 120 hours before arrival.
