    Passengers arriving from Anguilla, Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba, Curacao or French West Indies must have a completed health declaration form obtained at https://stmaartenehas.com/ . They must have been in one of these countries in the past 14 days.

    Passengers arriving from Antigua and Barbuda, Austria, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cayman Isl., China (People’s Rep.), Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Dominica, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Hungary, Italy, Jamaica, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montserrat, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, St. Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, Spain, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks & Caicos, USA or Virgin Isl. (British) must have a completed health declaration form obtained at https://stmaartenehas.com/ . They must also have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR laboratory test result issued at most 120 hours before arrival.
