Passengers arriving from Austria, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Cuba, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guyana, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Switzerland, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Isl. or United Kingdom must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued at most 72 hours before departure and complete a Public Health Locator Card found at http://www.ccaa.cw/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/PLC-Medium-Risk-countries-1JULI2020-final2.revised-IG_29JUN2020_APPENDIX-B.pdf .
