  • Imposed entry restrictions for passengers who arrive from or have been in Austria, Canada, China, Taiwan (Chinese Taipei), Cuba, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guyana, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Switzerland, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Islands, United Kingdom.
    Passengers arriving from Austria, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Cuba, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guyana, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Switzerland, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Isl. or United Kingdom must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued at most 72 hours before departure and complete a Public Health Locator Card found at http://www.ccaa.cw/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/PLC-Medium-Risk-countries-1JULI2020-final2.revised-IG_29JUN2020_APPENDIX-B.pdf . The result of the test and the Public Health Locator Card must be submitted to travelhistory.epi@gobiernu.cw 48 hours before departure and presented to immigration upon arrival.
