- This does not apply to flights arriving from Belarus, China (People's Rep.), Czechia, Egypt, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, India, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Malaysia, Netherlands, Poland, Russian Fed., Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey; Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and Uzbekistan.
- This does not apply to repatriation flights.
- This does not apply to flights of airlines of Kazakhstan.
