Travel restrictions of Kazakhstan

  • Entry restrictions for passengers who arrive from or have been in Turkey
    Passengers arriving from Turkey must:
    - have a medical certificate stating a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued at most 5 days before arrival; or
    - be tested for Coronavirus (COVID-19) at most 48 hours after arrival.

  • Entry restrictions
    Passengers are not allowed to transit or enter Kazakhstan.
    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Georgia, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Thailand or Turkey.
    - This does not apply to spouses of nationals of Kazakhstan.
    - This does not apply to passengers with a birth certificate stating Kazakhstan as a place of birth.
    - This does not apply to passengers traveling on business to Tengiz field.

  • All international flights are suspended
    Airports are closed for international flights.
    This does not apply to flights arriving from China (People's Rep.), Georgia, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Thailand or Turkey.
    This does not apply to repatriation and evacuation flights.
    This does not apply to flights of airlines of Kazakhstan.
