31.03.2020 04:42: updated entry restrictions for passengers who arrive from or after 1 March 2020 have been in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Passengers who have been Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland since the 1 March 2020 are not allowed to enter Bangladesh until 7 April 2020.
This does not apply to passengers traveling on diplomatic missions and their family members.


21.03.2020 23:06: imposed flights restrictions: flights from/to Bahrain, India, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Turkey, United Arab Emirates are suspended.
Flights from Bahrain, India, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Turkey or United Arab Emirates are suspended until 31 March 2020.

Passengers arriving from countries affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19) will be quarantined for 14 days.


21.03.2020 23:06: imposed entry restrictions.
Passengers with a pre-arranged visa must have a medical certificate issued within 72 hours before departure stating that the person is not affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19). The certificate must be in English or translated into English.


[before 12th March 2020]: imposed entry restrictions for passengers who arrive from or have been in China, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.).
Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) with a pre-arranged visa must have a medical certificate stating that the person is free from Coronavirus (COVID-19). The certificate must be duly certified by the embassy. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
