  • Total entry ban
    Passengers are not allowed to enter.
    - This does not apply to passengers with an approval from the Cabinet of Samoa.

    Passengers and airline crew must have a printed negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.

    Passengers must have a printed COVID-19 antibody test result issued at most 5 days before departure from the first embarkation point.
    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from Samoa (American).
    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from New Zealand. They must have been in New Zealand for more than 28 days.
    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from New Zealand. They must have completed 14 days of quarantine in New Zealand at most 32 hours before departure.

    Passengers and airline crew must present a printed medical clearance form upon arrival. The form must be completed at most 120 hours before departure from the first embarkation point at https://www.health.gov.ws/ .

    Passengers must have a printed COVID-19 vaccination certificate if they received the vaccine at least 2 weeks before departure. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen and Pfizer-BioNTech. Details can be found at https://www.health.gov.ws/ .
    - This does not apply to passengers younger than 18 years.

  • Quarantine is possible
