- This does not apply to spouses and children of nationals of EEA Member States and Switzerland.
- This does not apply to spouses and children of British nationals.
- This does not apply to passengers traveling as students in Poland.
- This does not apply to passengers arriving from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland.
- This does not apply to passengers with a Polish Card (Karta Polaka).
