Passengers without a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT - PCR or antigen test result issued at most 48 hours before arrival are subject to Coronavirus (COVID-19) test upon arrival at their own expense. The certificate must be in Spanish or English.

Visas issued by Panama that expired after 13 March 2020 are accepted for entry until 30 June 2021.

Non-resident multiple-entry visas (Visa de no Residente) issued by Panama that expired after 13 March 2020 are accepted for entry until 30 June 2021. If issued by a consulate of Panama, they must have an extension stamp.
- Ban entry for passengers who arrive from or have been in South Africa, United Kingdom
Passengers arriving from South Africa or United Kingdom are not allowed to enter.
