  • Entry restrictions
    Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before arrival. The certificate must be in Arabic or English.
    - This does not apply to passengers younger than 16 years.

    Passengers must register online before departure at https://covid19.emushrif.om/traveler/travel . They must complete the "Traveler registration form" and pay the test upon arrival fee of OMR 25.

    Passengers are subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test upon arrival.
    - This does not apply to passengers younger than 16 years.
    ---Passengers must have an insurance to cover Coronavirus (COVID-19) medical expenses in Oman for a period of one month.

    Passengers must download the Tarassud+ app and the Hmushrif app before departure.

  • Entry restrictions for passengers who arrive from or during last 14 days have been in Brazil, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Lebanon, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania
    Passengers arriving from Brazil, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Lebanon, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sudan or Tanzania are not allowed to enter until 12 March 2021.
    - This does not apply to family members of nationals of Oman.
    - This does not apply to family members of passengers with a diplomatic passport.
    - This does not apply to domestic workers of nationals of Oman. They must be accompanied by the sponsor.

    Passengers who have been in the past 14 days in Brazil, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Lebanon, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sudan or Tanzania are not allowed to enter until 12 March 2021.
    - This does not apply to family members of nationals of Oman.
    - This does not apply to family members of passengers with a diplomatic passport.

  • Quarantine is possible
    Passengers could be subject to quarantine for 7 days at their own expense.

    Passengers must have a confirmed hotel reservation for at least 7 days.
    - This does not apply to passengers younger than 18 years traveling alone.
    - This does not apply to passengers older than 60 years.
    - This does not apply to passengers with an authorization from the Health Authorities.
    - This does not apply to passengers with a permit for private institutional isolation centers that are pre-approved by the Relief and Shelter Sector.
