Travel restrictions of Latvia

  • Entry restrictions
    Passengers are not allowed to enter and transit Latvia.
    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom or Vatican City (Holy See). They must complete a "COVIDpass" before departure at https://covidpass.lv/. This will generate a QR code which must be presented before departure and upon arrival.

    Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
    - This does not apply to passengers younger than 11 years.

  • Entry restrictions for passengers who arrive from or have been in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City State
    Passengers arriving from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom or Vatican City (Holy See) must complete a "COVIDpass" before departure at https://covidpass.lv/.   • Flights from/to Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia are suspended

  • Quarantine is possible
    Passengers could be subject to self-isolation for 10 days. A list of self-isolation exemptions can be found at www.spkc.gov.lv/lv/if-returning-toentering-latvia
