  • Entry restrictions
    Passengers are not allowed to enter.
    - This does not apply to parents, children or spouses of nationals or residents of Estonia.
    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from Albania, Armenia, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Israel, Japan, Jordan, Korea (Rep.), Kosovo (Rep.), Lebanon, Macao (SAR China), Moldova (Rep.), Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia (Rep.), Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Thailand or USA.
    - This does not apply to passengers who are entering Estonia in order to go back home. They must not show any symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
    - This does not apply to passengers with a long term visa issued by an EEA Member States or Switzerland.
    - This does not apply to students.
    - This does not apply to passengers with a written confirmation of being an unmarried partner of a national or a resident of Estonia, issued by the national or resident of Estonia.
    - This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival.

    Passengers must present a completed “Travellers Questionnaire for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19" at check-in or upon arrival. The form can be found at https://iseteenindus.terviseamet.ee/ .

    Passengers must have:
    - a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or
    - a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 48 hours before arrival.
    -- This does not apply to passengers arriving from Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom or Vatican City (Holy See).

    Passengers could be subject to self-isolation for 10 days.
