Passengers must:
- have a negative COVID-19 antigen test result issued at most 24 hours before arrival which is for personal use and recorded in an official data processing system; or
- have a negative COVID-19 antigen test result issued at most 48 hours before arrival; or
- have a negative COVID-19 LAMP, PCR or TMA test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival; or
- take a test within 24 hours after arrival; or
- have a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at most 180 days before arrival; or
- a proof of neutralizing COVID-19 antibodies issued at most 90 days before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they received:
-- the first vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm or Sinovac at least 22 days and at most 90 days before arrival; or
-- the first vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm or Sinovac at most 270 days ago and they also received the second dose; or
-- the Janssen vaccine at least 22 days and at most 270 days before arrival; or
-- the AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm or Sinovac vaccine at most 270 days before arrival if they were tested positive at least 21 days before the vaccination.
* This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years if accompanied by an adult.
* This does not apply to passengers arriving from Botswana, Brazil, Eswatini, India, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Russian Fed., South Africa, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Zambia or Zimbabwe.
* This does not apply to passengers who have been in Botswana, Brazil, Eswatini, India, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Russian Fed., South Africa, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Zambia or Zimbabwe in the past 10 days.

- Quarantine is possible
Passengers could be subject to self-quarantine for 10 days.
- This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm or Sinovac at least 14 days before arrival, and their accompanying minors between 12 and 18 years old.
- This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with Janssen at least 21 days before arrival, and their accompanying minors between 12 and 18 years old.
