- This does not apply to an immediate family member or a curator of a national of Brazil. Spouses of a national of Brazil must have a Brazilian marriage certificate. If the certificate is not issued by Brazil, it must be apostilled by a consulate. A non-official translation in Portuguese is also required.
- This does not apply to passengers traveling on business.
