    Passengers arriving from Albania, Algeria, Angola, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Benin, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Burundi, Cape Verde, Cayman Isl., Chile, Colombia, Comoros, Congo, Costa Rica, Cote d'Ivoire, Dominican Rep., Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Ghana, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kiribati, Korea (Dem. People's Rep.), Kosovo (Rep.), Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Maldives, Mali, Marshall Isl., Mauritania, Mexico, Micronesia (Federated States), Moldova (Rep.), Montenegro, Mozambique, Namibia, Nauru, Nepal, Nigeria, North Macedonia (Rep.), Oman, Pakistan, Palau, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Russian Fed., Rwanda, Samoa, San Marino, Sao Tome and Principe, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Solomon Isl., Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, St. Lucia, Sudan, Suriname, Sweden, Syria, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, USA, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Virgin Isl.
