    Passengers are not allowed to enter.
    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from Albania, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Cayman Isl., Croatia, Cuba, Curacao, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Dominica, Estonia, Finland, France, French West Indies, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Montserrat, Netherlands, North Macedonia (Rep.), Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Sweden, Trinidad and Tobago and United Kingdom.

    A completed Health Assessment form must be submitted on www.edcardaruba.aw at most 72 hours before departure. A travel Authorization must be presented at time of check-in.

    Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure. The test must be uploaded at www.edcardaruba.aw at most 12 hours before departure. Passengers without a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result must take the test on arrival at their own expense and are subject to quarantine for 1 day.
    - This does not apply to passengers younger than 15 years.
    - This does not apply to passengers departing on the same calendar day.
