    This does not apply to spouses of nationals of Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City (Holy See) and an EEA Member State residing in Czechia. They must have an original marriage certificate or a copy (or a proof of the registered partnership) and a copy of the residence permit issued by Czechia or a document confirming the residence in Czechia, such as a lease contract or a copy of the Czech national ID card of the resident of Czechia.
    This does not apply to spouses of British nationals residing in Czechia.
