Passengers who have been in a country with confirmed Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases for more than one week and do not have a medical certificate recognized by DPHSS (Guam Department of Social Health and Services) with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival, are not allowed to enter.

Passengers who have been in a country with confirmed COVID-19 cases for more than one week and do not hold a document recognized and certified by DPHSS (Guam Department of Social Health and Services), which confirms they are not infected with COVID-19, are not allowed to enter. The date of the test must be not more than 72 hours before the date of arrival. Passengers who enter Guam without proper documentation will be quarantined.
