Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result issued at most 48 hours before departure.
23.03.2020 02:06: imposed total entry ban. Passengers are not allowed to enter Azerbaijan until 15th of June.
This does not apply to passengers with a work permit issued by Azerbaijan.
This does not apply to passengers with a special permission issued by the government of Azerbaijan.
