Passengers with a special permission from the government of Cyprus not arriving from Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia or Switzerland are required to self-isolate for 14 days.
