-- the first vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech at least 7 days before arrival and a proof of previous infection with COVID-19.

They must not arrive from Afghanistan, Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Costa Rica, India, Maldives, Namibia, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Paraguay, Russian Fed., Seychelles, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Uruguay or Zambia, and the certificate must state they received:
