Travel restrictions update for Qatar

  • Updated entry restrictions.
    Passengers are not allowed to enter Qatar.
    - This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech at least 14 days before arrival.
    - This does not apply to minors younger than 18 years accompanied by their parents who were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech at least 14 days before arrival. They must not be arriving from a red country listed on https://covid19.moph.gov.qa/EN/travel-and-return-policy/Pages/default.aspx .
    - This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they received the first vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech at least 14 days before arrival and with a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued in the past 12 months in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or United Arab Emirates.
    - This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with Sinopharm at least 14 days before arrival.

    Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. The test result must be issued by a testing center approved by the local government.
    - This does not apply to Umrah passengers arriving from Saudi Arabia.

    Passengers must register at https://www.ehteraz.gov.qa/ at least 12 hours before arrival.
