    Until 1 August 2021, passengers are not allowed to enter.
    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao (SAR China), Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates or Vatican City (Holy See).

    Passengers must complete a "Public Health Travel Declaration Form" and "Passenger Locator Form" found at https://www.maltairport.com/declarationforms/ or https://app.euplf.eu/#/ and present it upon arrival.
