This does not apply to nationals of Kuwait and their first degree relatives. They must have a OK TO TRAVEL authorization obtained from the state of Kuwait embassy.
This does not apply to domestic workers if accompanied by a national of Kuwait. They must have a OK TO TRAVEL authorization obtained from the state of Kuwait embassy.
This does not apply to diplomatic passport holders, UN passport holders, members of UNESCO with prior approval from the government authorities.
Passengers must install 'Shlonik' in their personal device before departure. Airlines must inform Kuwait DGCA of passengers who are not able to install it. Such passengers must present their boarding pass upon arrival.
Immediate family members of nationals of Kuwait are allowed to enter if:
- traveling with the national of Kuwaiti, or
- prior approval to enter is obtained from Kuwait Immigration Authorities.
Domestic personnel is allowed to enter Kuwait if traveling with the Kuwaiti Sponsor.

Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Iraq, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Spain, USA or United Kingdom are required to undergo 14 days compulsory quarantine.
28.04.2020 23:24: updated quarantine policy. Passengers arriving from a country other than China (People's Rep.), Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Iraq, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Spain, USA or United Kingdom required to self-quarantine for 14 days.
