    Passengers are not allowed to enter.
    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland.
    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from Albania, Aruba, Australia, Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba, Chinese Taipei, Curacao, Hong Kong (SAR China), Israel, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Lebanon, Macao (SAR China), New Zealand, North Macedonia (Rep.), Rwanda, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, St. Maarten, Thailand, USA or Vatican City (Holy See).
    - This does not apply to passengers with a Schengen visa issued after 19 March 2020 traveling through the Netherlands to another Schengen Member State.
    - This does not apply to students with a proof of admission to a course of study.
    - This does not apply to partners with a completed “Declaration of relationship for COVID-19 entry ban exemption" form, a return onward ticket and proof that they have been in a relationship for at least 3 months with a resident of the Netherlands who is a national of an EEA Member State or Switzerland.     - This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they received the first vaccine dose. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AZD1222 (SK Bioscience Co Ltd.), Covieshield, Janssen, Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm and Sinovac. They must be arriving from a country other than Argentina, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Brazil, Cape Verde, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Rep., Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, India, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Seychelles, South Africa, Suriname, United Kingdom, Uruguay or Venezuela.

    Passengers must have:
    - a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. Tests accepted are: LAMP, MPOCT, NAAT, PCR, RT-PCR and TMA; or
    - a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 48 hours before arrival.
    -- This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
    -- This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they received the first vaccine dose. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AZD1222 (SK Bioscience Co Ltd.), Covieshield, Janssen, Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm and Sinovac.

    * a positive COVID-19 NAAT test result taken at least 2 weeks and at most 8 weeks before arrival; and
    * a positive COVID-19 NAAT test result taken at most 72 hours before arrival; and
    * a negative COVID-19 rapid test result taken at most 24 hours before boarding the flight of the first embarkation point.
    -- This does not apply to passengers with:
    * a positive COVID-19 NAAT test result taken at least 2 weeks and at most 8 weeks before arrival; and
    * a positive COVID-19 NAAT test result taken at most 72 hours before arrival; and
    * a medical certificate specifying that the passenger is not COVID-19 contagious issued at most 72 hours before departure.
