Travel restrictions update for Finland

  • Updated entry restrictions.
    Until 11 July 2021, passengers are not allowed to enter.
    - This does not apply to family members of nationals of Finland.
    - This does not apply to partners of nationals or residents of Finland.
    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from Iceland, Malta or Vatican City (Holy See).
    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland with:
    -- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks before arrival; or
    -- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they received the first dose of the vaccine and a positive COVID-19 test result issued at most 6 months before arrival; or
    -- a COVID-19 recovery certificate. The passenger must have tested positive at least 2 weeks and at most 6 months before arrival.
    - This does not apply to family members of nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland, returning via Finland to their country of residence.
    - This does not apply to passengers studying in Finland, if arriving from Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland.
