Passengers must have an International Travel Certificate to enter and transit France. The certificate must be obtained before departure via the French consular offices abroad or online at https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/Actualites/L-actu-du-Ministere/Attestation-de-deplacement-et-de-voyage.
