- This does not apply to cargo, diplomatic, humanitarian or repatriation flights approved by the DGCA Air Transport Department.
- This does not apply to aircrafts operated by Kuwait Air Force, Kuwait Police Wing and Kuwait Ameri Flight.
- This does not apply to aircrafts exempted by the authority.
